We scheduled a move locally at the last minute (3 days notice) and they were very accommodating. The workers arrived on time and got things moved quickly! It would've taken us 2 days to do what they did in 2 hrs! Money well spent. Highly recommended.

Was able to quickly rent my unit online. Ana Shagov called to inform me she be sending a map and to set my access code. She was able to answer all my questions. She was very knowledgeable and great to work with.

Fantastic service, the older driver who drops off and picks up minis is a magician. Our cube was frozen in ground, not an easy extraction yet he took his time and got it out. $200 a month in fees was way better than 7k on an ugly conex!

I had a unit at the Dowling storage and the gentlemen were very friendly and helpful. They gave a 110% to help, they even went out of there way to put a lock on my unit if I forgot. I just wish I would not have had to leave town like I did. I don't would recommend them 100%

The staff was friendly and very helpful. They certainly went beyond the normal to address all my needs. I have tried 2 other storage companies in anchorage and Dimond mini storage staff was certainly the best.
