In adverse weather conditions such as rain, we prioritize safety above all else. If conditions become too hazardous for our team to work safely, we pause the move, respecting both our workers’ well-being and the calculated time of our customers. Rain breaks are implemented, lasting 15 minutes per occurrence, along with similar breaks for lightning and thunder, all aimed at ensuring a secure environment. Additionally, beyond the initial two-hour minimum, we adjust our hourly rates on a pro-rata basis, covering labor, fuel, protective wrapping, blankets, tools, and other essentials throughout the entirety of the move, prioritizing the safety and satisfaction of our clients.
