Boulder All Star Movers, LLC (referred to as the “Company”) offers its services under specific terms and conditions that must be accepted by all customers. These terms and conditions supersede any other conflicting terms, whether communicated verbally, in writing, or in previous exchanges. The Company holds the right to amend these Standard Terms and Conditions, and the changes will apply to all services unless a written amendment is agreed upon and signed by the customer. The Agreement between the Company and the customer encompasses these Standard Terms and Conditions and all related documents.

Regarding billing, the Company charges its services on an hourly basis, starting from the moment their representatives leave the dispatch center until they return. The customer’s initial booking will specify the number of hours and the applicable hourly rate. If the service extends five minutes beyond the last hour booked, an additional half-hour will be billed at the quoted hourly rate. Similarly, if the service goes thirty-five minutes beyond the last hour booked, a full-hour of additional time will be charged at the quoted hourly rate. If the customer requests or requires extra services beyond the initial booking, the Company will demand payment for the additional hours, which can be made using credit card or check. It’s important to note that the Company requires a minimum purchase of two hours, and any unused hours beyond this minimum are the only ones eligible for a refund.
