For 25 years, Kim has served families as a house manager, event planner, organizer, and facilitator, consistently hearing their wish for more quality time with loved ones. This recurring need, coupled with her passion for helping others, inspired her to create the four pillars of Family Matters.

As a Certified Life Coach with a background in Psychology and Early Child Development, Kim developed Family Matters to address these needs. The service encompasses Professional Organizers, Movers, Junk Hauling and Donation, and Estate Sale and Downsizing, all aimed at making life easier for families.
