For 25 years, Kim has supported families as a house manager, event planner, organizer, and family facilitator. Throughout her career, she observed a common wish among those she worked with: the desire for more quality time with their families and for self-care.

Motivated by this need and her passion for helping others, Kim combined her experience with her background in Psychology, Early Child Development, and her certification as a Life Coach to create the four pillars of Family Matters. These pillars—Professional Organizers, Movers, Junk Hauling and Donation, and Estate Sale and Downsizing—are designed to help families reclaim their time and simplify their lives.
