Kim Falahati founded Family Matters in 2013 with the goal of providing affordable services that rejuvenate and empower individuals, allowing them to focus on what truly matters—taking care of themselves and their families. Her approach is rooted in the belief that by alleviating stress and offering personalized support, people can regain their energy and live more fulfilling lives.

Kim’s deep empathy and understanding of her clients’ struggles come from her own life experiences. She has navigated the overwhelming challenges of caring for her senior parents, including her mother’s long battle with serious health issues, and has faced the grief of losing close loved ones, such as her best friend of 25 years. These experiences have shaped her into a compassionate caregiver who anticipates the needs of those she helps, providing hope, advice, and emotional support during their most difficult times.
