With more than four decades of professional experience, Kurt commenced his career as a full-time apprentice under the guidance of the New York State Chapter President of the Piano Technicians’ Guild. Throughout his apprenticeship, he had the opportunity to collaborate with and learn from leading PTG members in the New York area, honing his skills in various technical operations such as piano tuning and moving.

Under the mentorship of esteemed PTG members, Kurt gained invaluable expertise in a diverse array of technical tasks related to pianos. His comprehensive apprenticeship equipped him with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in the field, setting the stage for a successful career spanning over forty years.
