Great North Woods Container Services reserves the right to inspect and reject any prohibited waste. Additionally, customers must not load debris weighing over 8,000 lbs into the dumpster, and they are responsible for providing adequate access for delivery and retrieval, absolving the contractor from damages to property incurred during these operations.

Payment terms require prepayment of rental costs, with additional charges for the weight of materials placed in the dumpster due upon emptying. Late payments accrue interest, and non-payment may result in a mechanics lien on the property. In multi-dumpster transactions, balances must be settled before subsequent pickups. No refunds are provided for early pick-ups, and cancellation fees apply depending on the timing. Various fees apply for specific items, such as tires, refrigerators, and electronic devices. Customers are responsible for the care of rented equipment and liable for damages incurred during their use. Great North Woods Container Services aims to fulfill service obligations but is not liable for circumstances beyond its control. Customers must ensure that access areas can support equipment weight and absolve the contractor of liability for damages to property or utilities.
