As a Mover, you’ll represent our company, preparing and packing items to prevent damage, assembling and disassembling furniture, and lifting heavy objects. Your ability to efficiently arrange items in the truck and handle customer interactions with a positive attitude is crucial. Drivers need to be responsible and punctual, operating heavy trucks for local and long-distance jobs, assisting movers, and leading the team professionally. A valid G Full driver’s license and prior experience are required. Crew Managers, usually promoted from within, guide and support the moving team, manage schedules, ensure accurate record-keeping, and maintain communication during jobs. This role demands reliability, patience, and strong leadership skills.
