Kelli, a proud leader in Moving Proz, holds an ownership position in this female-run organization since 2018. Her journey began in Guam and led her to attend university in South Carolina. Eventually, she pursued a career in graphic design in Southern California, working as the Lead Graphic Designer for VIZIO. Fate intervened when she met Derek, the founder of Moving Proz, which led her to move to Kansas following his suggestion.

Initially seeking a graphic design position in Kansas City, Kelli found herself working in the office at Moving Proz. However, Derek saw a different path for her. He proposed that she should run the moving company alongside him, which initially seemed improbable to Kelli. After Derek convinced her that this opportunity held greater potential than any agency job, she embraced the challenge and agreed to become an integral part of the moving company’s leadership team.
