Maurio Barham, a Richmond, Virginia native, harbored a lifelong ambition of becoming a truck driver. Commencing his journey in 1998 by handling furniture, Barham honed his expertise over 22 years in the industry, ultimately obtaining a Class A Driver certification in 2012. Despite his driving proficiency, Barham felt drawn back to his roots in furniture moving, laying the foundation for MR. MOVING LLC.

Driven by a desire to assist others and fueled by their collective experience in the moving sector, Maurio Barham and his wife, Rachel, established MR. MOVING LLC on September 16, 2020. The genesis of the company name, an amalgamation of their initials, reflects their shared history and dedication to the craft. Having crossed paths while employed at the same moving company years prior, the couple’s shared vision culminated in the creation of their own enterprise, echoing their commitment to providing exceptional moving services.
