Relocators – Moving & Storage
Relocators – Moving & Storage offers a streamlined process designed to facilitate smooth transitions for their clients. What sets them apart is their commitment to same-day service, where two dedicated crews collaborate to efficiently load belongings into the moving truck. After ensuring all items are safely packed, one crew proceeds to unload possessions at the new residence, while the other remains to ensure the previous home is left in pristine condition, ready for walkthrough by 5pm on the same day. The origins of Relocators trace back to the Great Depression, rooted in Robert Esposito’s family history, particularly his great grandmother’s venture of owning and renting apartments in Corona, Queens, New York City.
The inception of Relocators was inspired by Esposito’s family experiences, particularly his mother’s endeavor to simplify the process of liquidating her grandmother’s belongings when she fell ill. Spending numerous weekends coordinating the cleanup with the help of friends and rented dumpsters, Esposito’s mother recognized the need for a more efficient solution. Thus, around 2002, she initiated a local newspaper ad that resonated with many: “Feeling overwhelmed? Old stuff out brings the money in.” This advertisement marked the beginning of Sisters in Charge, a company that quickly gained popularity, hosting two estate or tag sales every weekend. From these humble beginnings, a successful business model emerged, leading to the establishment of Relocators – Moving & Storage.
