Zeune Construction and Development, the umbrella organization for Stop-N-Go Storage Management, has deep-rooted family origins. Established in 1980 by Kim Zeune, the company commenced its journey with the completion of a significant contract involving the construction of one hundred new 84 Lumber locations, spanning the years between 1980 and 1992.

Since the 1990s, Zeune Construction and Development has expanded its scope, now including Kim Zeune’s children Angelique, Alexis, and Melissa in its operations. Specializing primarily in the construction of self-storage and commercial storage facilities, the company holds General Contractor and roofing licenses in several regions including Florida, Ohio, Michigan, and St. Thomas/St. John, US Virgin Islands.
