I had the most amazing experience with the storage facilitator, Kelly. Trying to move stuff out of my grandmother's house because she's in a nursing home Kelly was absolutely amazing not only did she let me keep the truck for longer but she was able to give me a dolly and have her two boys help me move because it was just me and my mom absolutely give this 5 Stars if I could give it a 10 I would
