I had my storage unit here for a little under 2 years and the ladies were amazing. Very friendly, professional and accomadating. David, who I believe maintains the facility was always helpful and kind. Very clean, pest free and all my items came out in the same condition they went in. I was on a waitlist for my trailer. Cody kept me apprised of available openings. When the size I wanted came up, I got a call. They let me come to check it out. It was perfect. So I signed up. I got an unexpected call from Southport Storage. It was to let me know that the cover on my trailer had ripped. I was really impressed with how observant they were and that they followed up by calling me. I came out with a replacement cover. Cody offered to help me put it on. This is much more than a parking lot for rigs.
